I've taught screenwriting and film production for over twenty years at schools like the University of North Carolina School of the Arts, Drexel University, Glendale Community College (AZ) and East Carolina University.
I've written, produced, and directed three feature films. I have five produced feature screenplays including Lost Stallions: The Journey Home starring Mickey Rooney and Ball & Chain starring Kal Penn.
MY STORY
I always knew I wanted to be a storyteller. I think it spanned from my father telling such great stories and captivating me with tales of his youth in India.
But how does a young man with no connections in the film industry become a screenwriter? I went to film school and got my MFA in Screenwriting so I could learn as much as possible. Now, I'm able to share all that I learned coupled with my experience to help the next generation of great storytellers.
